Abstract
In order to improve the control precision of electronic throttle, the extended state observer, which is used to estimate the change of throttle opening, is designed based on nonlinear model of electronic throttle. In addition, the sliding mode controller has been built through the Lyapunov theory based on the throttle error and differential of throttle error. Finally, the simulation is conducted and the results show that the proposed controller can track the desired signal better than the approach of literature [1] is used.
