  • Abstract
    The development of smart distribution grid is an important part of the construction of the smart grid. The study of the distribution network evaluation system helps to find out the problems of the development of distribution network and thus plays an important role in distribution network planning. With research of the distribution network of Wuhan, this article considers the characteristics of smart distribution gird, follows scientific and rational principles of system building, we build the smart distribution grid diagnosis system, constructed with grid scale, safe reliability, coordinated interaction, intelligence, etc. The paper combines Analytic-Hierarchy-Process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, minimizes the influence of subjective factor and ensures the objectivity of the evaluation results. Take Wuhan distribution grid as an example, with the analysis of its development in recent years, we give the diagnosis result of Wuhan smart distribution grid and put forward development proposals.
