  • Abstract
    In this presentation, a possibility using the 60-GHz carrier will be discussed toward more than 300Gb/s wireless communication as well as a generic discussion for data-rate improvement using a higher carrier frequency with a wider bandwidth. A 60-GHz CMOS transceiver is also introduced, which realizes a 28-Gbps wireless communication.
