Abstract
Proposes a min-max formulation to the controller design problem for set-based control of linear processes with parametric uncertainty. A solution to this problem is derived for linear first-order-plus-dead-time processes and the properties of the resulting set-based controller are investigated. A simulation study compares the performance of the set-based controller to a standard model-based controller
