Abstract
In this work, we present the recent developments of our time-resolved diffuse optical system based on wide-field multispectral illumination and single-pixel detection scheme. The performance of the system for mapping 3D fluorophore or chromophore distribution with spectral contrast in turbid media is validated with improved quantification accuracy and reduced crosstalk.
