    Event-based production process modeling in Manufacture execute system is one of the main challenge in Manufacture Execute System. In this paper we introduce one of the event-based production process models which first define several element events and then make multi-meta-events based compound event an abstraction of real-world production process. This allows us to make simulation and modeling of composite production processes. The paper also shows that the event-based production process model well solves some practical application problem in modeling production process across different industries.
