Abstract
The Robotics Research Group (RRG) in the Department of Engineering Science at Oxford University was set up in October 1985. The role of the RRG is to actively engage in world-class research in robotics, with emphasis on areas of industrial relevance. The research currently underway in the RRG include: machine vision, sensors and sensor integration, robot design and control, parallel architectures and neural networks, and path planning and spatial reasoning
