  • Abstract
    In the field of automation technology, research and development for phosphate sludge removal using press filter technology is proposed in this paper. Phosphate sludge is a by-product in an iron and zinc phosphate process which is not required. In today´s world of automation, there are many cost effective solutions for sludge removal. Phosphate sludge is important as far as process industry is concerned. Automation is important to have better process control. Thus this paper mainly focuses on function of sludge removal from phosphate tank using PLC.
