  • Abstract
    This paper presents an overview on the response of grounding electrodes subject to lightning currents with a focus on industrial environment. The influent parameters of lightning currents are discussed, and the lightning response of electrodes is analyzed based on experimental and simulated results to provide the fundamental knowledge required in this field for engineers working in industrial plants.
