  • Abstract
In this paper a new idea of integrated circuit designed for performing PCR (polymerase chain reaction) reaction is presented. This reaction consist in duplication of DNA chain. PCR has a significant place in molecular biology. Two elementary problems are described in this paper: accurate simulation of electroosmosis reactions and temperature distribution in the chip. All simulations have been made in CFD-ACE+MEMS software.
