Collection, transmission and treatment of requirements for control of the urban cable network of 22 kV

The author deals with the control of an urban cable network of 22 kV. The power supply will be made more reliable and efficient as the control information is made more timely and accurate. The system provides the following features: reliable determination of the location of failure and its remote indication; fast delimination of the damaged section by remote control; reduction of the down time for consumers; increase in security for working staff; and improved economics of the cable system of 22 kV. The founding of the presumptions mentioned and of building the control system follows the universal validity of the algorithm-the removing of failure states in the urban cable network without the information and control system being built.
