Abstract
Recently there are new challenges and opportunities for manufacturing industry, and logistics systems. Highly competitive pressure forces single purpose manufacturing systems to change into adaptive and flexible enterprises. Industrial enterprises create enterprise networks with a highly developed management and improved technology and supply chain (SQ. The focus is on achieving of efficiency in enterprise network through collaboration by integrating and using standards such as web services, open and service oriented architectures, and associated protocols. The paper deals with the problem of sharing knowledge within industrial enterprises network and with inter-enterprise collaboration.
