Abstract
Research about interactions between EM Field and biological tissues for cancer treatment assumes every day a growing interest. In this paper we will describe the main characteristics of a microwave system developed for hyperthermic treatment and biological experiments. We will consider also some experiments on agar phantom reproducing a tumour bearing mouse, performed for a preliminary evaluation of our system.
