  • Abstract
    This paper elaborates on some aspects of the technology developing of a new group of microwave dielectrics with ε′ = 40 ÷ 90 based on titanates and their mixtures, especially on the base of barium titanates doped with ions of metals from the lanthanum group Re =≫ Sm, Gd, Nd, La, Pr. All dielectrics were manufactured by the typical ceramics technology. The dielectric parameters such as ε′ and tgδε have been measured by the Rayleigh-Ritz resonant method as well as in constant room temparature as in the function of variable temperature.
