  • Abstract
    In a normative multi-agent system the behaviour of the constituting agents is regulated by means of social and organisational inspired concepts like norms and sanctions. This paper proposes strategies to ``instrument´´ such normative rules. This has the advantage of a clear separation between the executions of agents at an object-level and the control of the executions at a meta-level.
