Research on Coupling Mechanism of in Corporation Innovation and Human Capital

Under the development mode of innovation-driven economy, the importance of basic factors of production which has traditional natural resources and physical capital as the representatives is gradually declining. While the importance of advanced factors of production which have human resources, knowledge and technology as representatives, is increasing. Corporation human capital is the first capital of corporation survival and development, and technological innovation is its internal impetus. Both corporation human capital and technological innovation are the source of corporation´s core competence. Therefore , it is necessary to research the interactive relations between corporation human capital and technological innovation .This paper discusses what role the corporation human capital plays in corporation technological innovation and what impact the corporation technological innovation plays on development and utilization of corporation human capital.
