Abstract
Taking the best decisions, regarding maritime ship´s manoeuvre requires the permanent acquaintance of the rolling and pitching values. The paper presents the possibility to use optic and magnetic sensors in monitoring measurement and warning naval equipment. There are described and analysed two original and reliable electronic systems which permit the measurement of the rolling and of the pitching, the transmission of the results at the control point of the ship and the warning in case of outrunning some pre-established values. The possibilities of using these systems can be extended for the measurement of the level in the bilge and the fuel tanks or for the control of the position of some navigation devices and equipment.
