Abstract
Thin layers of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) and tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminium (Alq3) deposited on glass with aluminium contacts were investigated by admittance spectroscopy. Samples were prepared using the conventional thermal evaporation in high vacuum. The conductance and capacitance spectra in the frequency range from 1Hz to 250kHz of such structures have been registered. The electrical properties of measured structures are properly described by proposed RC model. Parameters of model were obtained using SPICE simulations of the equivalent RC circuit of the structure.
