  • Abstract
    The class D narrow-band amplifiers can be used in the amplifier line of auditory prostheses. Some of design considerations are given based on this particular application and the efficiency analysis is made in this paper. We compare the performances of a class D scheme with another amplifier which works in class DE. The plots resulted by simulations with PSPICE of some circuits led to the selection of a particular scheme.
