Research on SD model of tacit knowledge growth for strategic alliance

Tacit knowledge is key intangible resource for strategic alliance, and its growth constrains the development of the alliance. This paper, based on knowledge market theory, analyzes the mechanism of knowledge market transactions and its factors influencing growth of alliance tacit knowledge, and by establishing system dynamic model reveals how to grow for tacit knowledge and relationships among factors in the alliance; in the research of model simulation it is discovered that tacit knowledge trends to grow exponentially during the accumulation of knowledge stock of the alliance, and by analyzing the results of the model simulation some solutions are suggested to make alliance tacit knowledge grow fast.
