The city bus timetable voice service for Košice

The proposed paper introduces designing, developing and evaluation of a new voice service, which provides information about city bus timetables in Košice. At the beginning the paper introduces the Slovak spoken dialogue system developed in the national project. Next the paper describes methodology of service designing and developing. The second part of the paper is focused on objective and subjective evaluation of the developed system and service. It introduces modified subjective evaluation method based on fulfilling of questionnaires as well as an objective method, which collects interaction parameters. At the end the paper brings results of the small evaluation experiment carried out with 24 test subjects and it tries to discuss required changes and improvements.
