  • Abstract
    In our era with the innovations in the telecommunications and information technologies; use of e-electronic services has increased in many areas. Health is one of affected these areas by technologies. In the last decades Health Information Systems (HIS) have developed many new technologies. Telemedicine, telehealth and electronic health records can be counted as the main areas in this industry. Health Information Systems are used by many different types of users such as patients, doctors, administration and application developers. So they all have difficulties in both using and developing these systems. This research will focus on the factors that users are affected in using the Electronic Health Record (EHR) from the technological and organizational perspective. Affecting factors of the adoption in EHR from the doctors perspective will be analyzed. Then a model will be proposed.
