  • Abstract
    This paper describes implementation of the project already presented at the 34th International Convention MIPRO 2011. A new control system for stem moisturizing line in Tobacco factory Sarajevo has been designed and implemented, including both PLC and SCADA applications. The aim of this paper is to investigate the benefits of control system design based on the recommendations from the international standard for batch control systems IEC 61512-1, through a practical example. The paper describes one approach for development of a batch control system.
