A method for evaluation of the training experiment and the effectiveness of predictive models. The main performance criteria proposed by the probability of correct and erroneous decisions, the risks of the consumer and the manufacturer. The analysis of mathem atical models to predict the effectiveness of the quality parameters of CMOS chip type used in space equipment.
