Abstract
The drift rate is change of voltage by time dependence, that is isothermal and fixed composition in the solution. In this study, we prepared arrayed flexible chlorine ion sensors which are fabricated by radio frequency sputtering technology and screen-printed technology to measure the drift in the different NaCl solutions, we obtained output voltage in variation concentrations from 10-5M to 1 M NaCl solutions over 12 hours, the drift rates of the chloride ion sensing devices are 1.122 mV/hr in 1 M NaCl solution, 1.192 mV/hr in 10-1 M NaCl solution, 2.869 mV/hr in 10-2 M NaCl solution, 1.529 mV/hr in 10-3M NaCl solution, 0.988 mV/hr in 10-4 M NaCl solution and 3.991 mV/hr in 10-5 M NaCl solution, respectively.
