  • Abstract
    The R&D of aviation complex products new technology is an important component to realize the strategy of building an innovative country, it plays a decisive role in improving national competitiveness, but because of the high risks in new technology research and development (R&D) of aviation complex products, the new technology of aviation complex products could be realized only through comprehensive assessment of research and development risks. In accordance with the characteristics of aviation complex products and collaborative R&D, this paper identifies the key risk factors in the process of collaborative R&D, and then establishes a TFN-GCE evaluation method based on the characteristics of collaborative R&D risk of aviation complex products, and applied research with the method to prove its rationality. Finally, based on the theory of system dynamics, this paper establishes model equation to simulate project risks brought from primary risk factors of collaborative R&D, adjusts the risk response measures step by step and discusses the changes of quality, progress and cost risks which risk factors cause under different control measures in the process of collaborative R&D, then, puts forward the control decision-making.
