  • Abstract
In this work, a digitalized dipping and withdrawing system for sol-gel method has been designed and fabricated with the help of microcontroller and stepper motor. The major advantages of this system over existing automatic dipping and withdrawing system, are to minimize vibration in the substrate, by using matrix keypad any length from 1 to 70mm can be used for thin film deposition. The substrate will dip into and withdraw from the solution automatically. In this work, a digitalized sol-gel system has been modeling and synthesizing to describe with necessary circuit diagrams and figures. ZnO thin film has also been deposited on glass micro slides by length and number of coating variation and their optical properties has also been observed and discussed.
