Abstract
The major factor influencing the feasibly of any power generation project is comparison of its production against the commodity or the energy utility it is going to replace. In this case cost of energy is that parameter. As the trend shows an increase in utility bills, continually increasing prices of energy will make renewable and hybrid energy projects even more attractive. This paper describes the effect of increase in prices of energy utilities (like electricity, natural gas) that can make the project more feasible if considered during planning phase.
