  • Abstract
    In this paper the use of compensatory operators in some combinatorial optimization problems, namely in Maximal-Covering-Location Problems, is analyzed. In these types of problems there is always room for modeling different types of uncertainty. These operators will be used to model a decision maker´s strictness. The use of compensatory operators will improve the quality of a solution for some characteristic situations covered by the Fuzzy Maximal-Covering-Location Problem.
