  • Abstract
For the question that current gasoline-gas vapor recovery system cannot adjust the vapor-liquid ratio automatically due to the change of operation condition, this paper presents an optimal model design of the frequency conversion controlled system. In this research, first of all, a calculation of gasoline evaporation during the fuelling of gasoline tank was conducted by varying the temperature. The consequence of calculation shows that the temperature both also has significant effects on fuel lost. Based on the result and the contrastive analysis of the different vapor recovery control systems, the new closed-loop control system moves proportion valve away and add a frequency conversion control module, vapor flow meter and a temperature sensor. This self-calibration system also has been redesigned the vapor-liquid ratio parameter of vapor recovery system. The optimal vapor-liquid ratio should remain 1.0 from 0°C to 20°C as its working temperature, be changed into 1.1 from 20°C to 25°C, be changed into 1.2 from 25°C to 30°C, and be changed into 1.3 when the working temperature is above 30°C.
