  • Abstract
In order to reduce the pressure impact of the pump-valve composite system, the attenuation-spring type damper was utilized in this paper. However the characteristics of pump control system and valve control system are different. The dominated parameters of the attenuation-spring type damper were simulated with AMESIM based on the practical entity model to obtain the best matching parameters. Simulation results indicated that when the attenuation pre-charged pressure were composed of 2MPa and 4MPa, and the attenuation´s volume was about 500cm3, and the equivalent orifice diameter was about 1.5mm, and the spring Type damper´s orifice diameter was about 2mm, it would reduce pressure impact both in the pump control process and valve control process. What´s more, it could reduce cavitation noise in the valve control process. These results provided a useful guideline for the next structure design and experiment.
