Abstract
By combining the strong global searching ability of particle swarm optimization algorithm with the fast local convergence of genetic algorithm, a new hybrid multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on genetic algorithm is proposed in this paper. The geometry of HTV-2 is parameterized in terms of conic control points and shape parameters. And the aerodynamic configuration is optimized with respect to lift-to-drag ratio and volumetric efficiency. At last, the optimization results indicate that the lift-to-drag ratio and volumetric efficiency of the optimized configuration increase 11.43% and 37.59% respectively comparing to the reference configuration.
