Abstract
In social networking (SNS), the user and the topic are important dimensions of social influence. This article presents a framework of decision-making on SNS topic expanding, named MSNTD [1]. MAS was used in this frame to describe SNS. For a specific topic, agents can get the best way to make the topic expand through active consultation and evaluation. Decision-making process is divided into two stages from the angle of the topic and the user. The first stage, agents judge whether to deliver the topic or not according to revenue and cost evaluation. For the ones who delivered, they should enter the second stage and provide the corresponding scheme of topic expanded and then select the best scheme through consultation.
