  • Abstract
MAC (Medium Access Control) protocol is a key technology in mobile ad hoc network. Aiming at the problem of node mobility and a lack of central coordination mechanism in mobile ad hoc network, this paper proposes a MAC protocol solution applied to the FH (Frequency Hopping) communication system. The scheme firstly utilizes the characteristics of the frequency hopping system to provide the inter-node time synchronization time information. Then, in the premise of time synchronization, it combines with USAP protocol and implements the feature of wireless ad hoc network. Finally, when nodes are transmitting data, for different types of data, hierarchical priorities mechanism is adopted. And it provides good support for different multimedia services. This scheme solves the problem of channel access in mobile ad hoc network and guarantees the efficient operation of the network via hierarchical priority mechanism according to different types of data.
