Abstract
The thermally stimulated polarization current(TSPC) technique showed a promising mean to study the polarization mechanisms of dielectrics. The TSPC technique was applied to LiNbO3 single crystal and we obtained a detailed information on the temperature range within which the effective polarization of LiNbO3 can be achieved. Also our results suggested that the polarization mechanism of LiNbO3 under applied field was mainly due to collective dipole allignment.
