Abstract
This paper proposes the Disaster Information Transmission Common Infrastructure System (DITCIS) intended to rapid sharing of information in a time of mega disaster. This Disaster Information Transmission Common Infrastructure System consists of the Relief Supplies Distribution Management System, the IC Card Authorization Safety Confirmation System, the Web-GIS Disaster Management System, the Disaster Information Registration System, the Disaster Information Sharing System, and the Disaster Information Transmission Platform. In this paper, we introduce the Disaster Information Registration System, the Disaster Information Sharing System, and the Disaster Information Transmission Platform. The Disaster Information Registration System enables to register disaster information provided by the related institutions. And, the Disaster Information Sharing System enables to share exact disaster information in the disaster countermeasure headquarters. Moreover, the Disaster Information Transmission Platform enables to automatic upload or automatic delivery disaster information to various communication tool.
