  • Abstract
    This work presents an approach to minimize the problem of information overload in the context of the Command and Control. It proposes a strategy to correlate data from heterogeneous sources, considering a set of attributes that make possible to connect these data. Their correct correlation allows to achieve situational awareness and provide secure subsidies for decision making. For reach this goal, it is proposed the use of the JC3IEDM format and techniques from information retrieval area.
