Improving the quality in research publications

Summary form only given. In developing countries the researches especially in emerging branches e.g. computing and ICT related disciplines are lacking in quality. There are several reasons behind it: lack of lead researchers, proper mentoring, availability of resources (access of libraries, publishers), awareness of publication platform etc. In this presentation we focus on these issues and discus how to improve the quality in publications in the existing environment and resources.
