Abstract
An array antenna is composed antenna elements and feed circuit network, and different substrates are often used to suppress degradation of antenna performance. Conventionally, interconnecting structure such as connectors or jigs in order to connect these substrates to each other. ACP is suitable to connect antenna substrate and feed network. In this paper, a 16-element feed-circuit-integrated patch array antenna using an anisotropic conductive paste (ACP) is reported in order to confirm the effectiveness for applying ACP to large size substrates.
