Abstract
This paper shows how you can use the System Dynamics methodology for modeling social problems, however in these models as elsewhere, the knowledge acquisition phase becomes to be the bottleneck and affect other phases as the system representation and the decision making phase. An alternative to the acquisition of knowledge is based on expert systems methodologies that use judgments embodied in human expert´s works mainly in articles and books designed; through successive stages of refinement through tools such as cause and effect diagrams and traditional causal diagrams and concluding with the development of mathematical and computational models. Finally a variation of this proposal on where they are given more weight to those experts more closely related to social problems both for its temporary validity and its geographical belonging and where is displayed as best results are obtained either by time used shows modeling as the validity is reached.
