Transforming Education and employment

We are into 21^st century now. Globalization has brought world closer. There is rapid development across all fields like science, technology etc. World has become very competitive. If we aim to be Superpower, we need to start from ground level like Education field. Next generation should be molded in such a way so that it will take India to the pinnacle of success. This paper tries to find shortcomings in the current education policy in India and suggests solutions for it. This new policy will enable next generation to compete with the world. Also this paper discusses various employment opportunities in India and how this scenario is going to change in future. We have also tried to highlight the importance of career selection in everyone´s life and steps to choose right career path.
