  • Abstract
    This paper presents a method for evaluating the effectiveness of surveillance technology in intelligence work. The method contains measures against which surveillance technology would be assessed to determine its effectiveness. Further research, based on interviews of experts, will inform inform the final version of this method, including a weighting system.
