A note on weights vector of ordered weighted averaging aggregation

This note has two purposes. One is to give a new weight vector W⁽ⁿ⁾=(w₁⁽ⁿ⁾,w₂⁽ⁿ⁾,...,w_n⁽ⁿ⁾)^T for ordered weighted averaging aggregation. This weight vector possesses a peculiar feature: for each i, the weight wi tends to 0 whenever n tends to ∞, but orness(W) tends to 1. The other is to give a new model, called the modified minimal variance model, to determine OWA weights.
