  • Abstract
In view of the characteristics of complex systems and the complexity classification of problem objects, this paper first depicts the general solving process of complex problems and makes a formal description. Then it elaborates the basic principle of co-evolution solving between problem space, operator space and solution space, and simplifies the corresponding process into “problem space - solution space co-evolution”, “operator space - solution space co-evolution” and “problem space - operator space co-evolution”, according to the characteristics of specific problem. Finally, it discusses the concrete realization of the above three forms based on practical research cases. This paper aims to provide a new evolutionary solving method for complex problems, which provides guidance in methodological sense.
