Research on Rural Family Property of Western China and Its Legal Protection

China´s economy has been got rapidly development in the past 30 years. However, it becomes a serious problem of unbalanced development in the country from west to east. The peasants of western China are faced with the risk of family property, such as uncertainty of income, asset portfolio and legal protection. In this paper, rural family income and structure characteristics of the family property in western China are analyzed, and the risk of rural family property is discussed. In order to protect the family property, we put forward the corresponding security countermeasures from the legal perspective.
