  • Abstract
All the time, vibration and noise are the obstacles which restrict the development of switched reluctance motor drive. This paper presents a new stator structure which mitigates the motor´s vibration and noise evidently. Part of the stator core and whole the stator winding are immersed by evaporative cooling medium, which forming the perfusion structure and reducing the radial force amplitude coming from the stator. So it is important to design a cylinder sealing the stator. This paper describes the new structure in detail. Meanwhile, through ANSOFT soft, this paper gives some simulation procedures. The simulation results show that motor with this kind of stator structure has little acoustic noise and vibration.
