Epistemological foundations for generation of perspective competencies in the training of personnel for industrial and economic complex

In the present paper are observed the problem of perspective competencies generation, targeted to improve the processes of staff training and their adaptation to the new realities. These are the state of ≪knowledge≫, models and other uncertainty, taking place in various fields. In the paper are proposed and justified types of competencies, inculcation of which will enhance staff functioning efficiency. Also in the paper are shown the direction and disciplines which form the basic framework for imparting relevant competencies. As a result are given the recommendations for development of the informational and methodological support of educational process.
