Abstract
The Internet of Things (IoT) has the potential to become one of the most disruptive technologies that have emerged in recent decades. It can influence both civilian and military applications. One of the biggest challenges to successful deployment of IoT systems is security. Security is particularly important in military applications of IoT. In this article we discuss security challenges related to military applications of IoT and propose a possible approach to solving some of them, based on Object Level Protection and cryptographic access control.
