  • Abstract
    Influence of photon recycling (PR) is enormous in direct band gap semiconductor solar cells. In this study all the concentrations have been made to explore the impact of photon recycling on the efficiency of solar cell. This study is also focused on the effect of architectural and substantial parameters relianceon the magnitude of PR effect. For the PR effect short circuit current density, open circuit voltage of the cell is found to be increased which in turns increases the efficiency. Due to PR effectaround 10% increase in efficiency is found in all considered cases.
