Abstract
Laser ranging technology has the properties of rapid response, high precision and long distance detection. This dissertation has conducted the research focusing on laser ranging of semiconductor lasers. Pulsed semiconductor laser ranging system was designed and constructed and the distance of 50 meters, 150 meters and 200 meters ranging experiment was conducted. This ranging system adopted the wavelength of 905 nm semiconductor laser as the laser source; the response signal was received by avalanche photodiode. Finally the data were analyzed by using the MATLAB.
